BUYSPREE LLC ("Buyspree," "we," "us," or "our") offers the following return and refund policy for orders placed on https://buyspree.store/.
1. Return Window
You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original condition with all tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation included
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear, swimwear, lingerie, and socks
- Beauty and personal care products (if opened or used)
- Perishable goods or customized items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as non-returnable at purchase)
4. How to Start a Return
- Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order and click "Request Return"
- Follow the instructions to print your prepaid return shipping label (available for U.S. domestic orders)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location

5. Return Shipping
- U.S. domestic returns: We provide a free prepaid return label.
- International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- Refunds for items returned after 30 days may be issued as store credit
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs). Please include photos of the issue when contacting support.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product (this ensures fastest availability).

We may update this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date.
