- 15-day return policy: If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 15 days of receiving the item and we will process your return or exchange. Please email info@buyspree.us first, with your order number.
- Return conditions: Items must be in brand new condition, with their original packaging and tags. Every return must include a return form, which we send you when you contact us. Items that have been used, altered, washed or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items that can't be returned: Personalized or customized items, items marked as final sale, and gift cards.
- How to return: Contact us for a return form, fill it out and put it in the package. Pack the item securely with all accessories, tags and original packaging, and ship it back with a trackable shipping method. Please don't send items back before your return is approved.
- Return shipping: The customer pays the shipping for returns and exchanges, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we email you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 14 business days. How long it takes to show on your account depends on your bank or card company.
- Cancellations: Orders can't be cancelled once they have shipped. You can return the item after you receive it.
- Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@buyspree.us, with your order number and photos. We will send you a return label and instructions.
