- 15-day return policy: You can return your spinner within 15 days of delivery. Please email info@buyspree.us first with your order number, and don't send anything back before your return is approved.
- Changed your mind? Returns for buyer's remorse are accepted when the item is unused and in its original packaging with all parts included. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost; please use a trackable shipping method.
- Mechanical defects: Every Mad Spinner is handmade in the U.S.A. If your spinner has a mechanical defect, contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos or a short video. We cover the return shipping and, after inspection, send a replacement or a full refund.
- Inspect your shipment on delivery: Report missing items or shipping damage within 5 business days of delivery, with photos of the item and the box. If the package is visibly damaged, you can refuse it or point out the damage to the delivery driver.
- Items that can't be returned: Spinners that have been used, scratched or damaged after delivery, except for mechanical defects.
- Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days and send you an email confirmation.
